Fieldguide automates assurance and audit work using AI agents, serving top CPA firms globally. As Director of Audit Transformation, you will define how financial audit agents are designed, adopted, and scaled. You will connect the agentic platform with professional standards, ensuring regulatory compliance while driving operational change for customers.
What you'll do
- Translate practitioner needs into product specs for agent-based workflows
- Define autonomy levels and documentation standards for regulatory compliance
- Lead change management frameworks for customer transformation at scale
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic account transformation engagements
- Represent Fieldguide at industry events and with regulatory bodies
- Support sales with technical validation and executive briefings
- Monitor regulatory developments and adjust product messaging accordingly
What you'll need
- CPA with 10+ years of financial audit experience at a public firm
- Experience in senior leadership, national office, or innovation roles
- Proven track record designing scalable transformation programs
- Strong expertise in auditing standards and methodology
- Experience with audit technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools
- Knowledge of quality control standards related to audit documentation
- Ability to translate professional standards into structured workflows
- Executive presence for leading demos and regulator interactions
Nice to have
- Active involvement with AICPA or state CPA societies
- Experience scaling firm-wide innovation initiatives
- Background in audit methodology, quality, or national office roles
- Expertise in international auditing standards
- Experience with LLM-based workflows or prompt design
