As Director of Business Operations, you will establish the operational backbone of the company. You will lead cross-functional efforts in legal, finance, and recruiting to ensure efficient scaling across international markets.
What you'll do
- Lead business operations across multiple countries and markets
- Manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners
- Oversee office setup, entity incorporation, and market launches
- Implement payroll systems and manage local operational requirements
- Manage external vendors and service providers effectively
- Support recruiting operations, onboarding, and hiring activities
- Plan and execute company events, offsites, and logistics
- Track key initiatives to ensure timely completion of actions
- Improve internal processes to increase speed and reliability
What you'll need
- Experience in business operations, strategic ops, or founder's office
- Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
- Comfort working across recruiting, finance, legal, and admin
- Capable of identifying problems and driving execution independently
- High ownership mindset with responsibility for outcomes
