ActAI is building proactive, AI-native applications for email, tasks, and calendars that require minimal prompting. As Director of Business Operations, you will establish the operational backbone supporting the company’s global scale, ensuring efficient execution across markets.
You will lead business operations partners, oversee entity incorporation, manage external vendors, and support recruiting logistics. This hands-on role requires driving process improvements and managing complex projects across finance, legal, and administrative functions.
What you'll do
- Lead business operations across multiple international countries
- Manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners
- Oversee office setup, entity incorporation, and market launches
- Implement payroll systems and handle local operational requirements
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Support recruiting operations, onboarding, and hiring activities
- Plan and execute company events, offsites, and logistical needs
- Track key initiatives to ensure timely completion of actions
- Improve internal processes to increase speed and reliability
What you'll need
- Experience in business operations, strategic ops, or founder's office
- Proven track record managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
- Comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and admin
- Able to identify problems and drive execution independently
- High sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes
