The role involves leading cross-functional innovation sprints and translating technology capabilities into structured business cases. You will balance creative speed with security, privacy, and compliance requirements while advising executive leadership on emerging AI trends.
What you'll do
- Define enterprise AI discovery roadmap and resource allocations
- Oversee AI initiatives from intake through to enterprise transition
- Manage internal AI lab with secure sandboxed infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and rapid prototyping
- Validate business cases and prepare handoff packages for delivery
- Scan emerging AI models and advise executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI principles
What you'll need
- Minimum ten years in technology or digital transformation
- Proven track record running emerging tech incubators
- Deep knowledge of Generative AI and machine learning frameworks
- Experience with enterprise cloud architecture and agile practices
- Ability to build consensus across senior business and control teams
- Strong executive communication and strategic thinking skills
- Authorized to work in the US without future visa sponsorship
