As Director, you will lead the North American financial advisory practice, overseeing complex infrastructure transactions from pitch to execution. You will manage deal teams, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships while positioning the firm as a top independent advisor in the space.
What you'll do
- Oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution
- Lead teams to execute financial advisory mandates successfully
- Mentor, develop, and manage junior team members
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pitch new financial advisory opportunities
- Position the firm as a leading independent advisor in North America
What you'll need
- Minimum eight years in infrastructure finance or advisory
- Strong deal management and technical delivery skills
- Proven ability to structure and execute infrastructure mandates
- Track record of closing challenging infrastructure transactions
- Strong business development and client relationship abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
- Willingness and ability to travel
