As Director, you will spearhead the firm's North American financial advisory efforts, focusing on renewable power, energy, and infrastructure sectors. You will oversee transaction execution, manage client relationships, and guide a growing team of practitioners while identifying new business opportunities.
What you'll do
- Oversee financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution
- Lead teams to execute financial advisory mandates successfully
- Mentor, develop, and manage junior team members
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pitch new financial advisory opportunities
- Position the firm as a top independent advisor in North America
What you'll need
- Minimum eight years in infrastructure finance or advisory
- Strong deal management and technical delivery skills
- Proven ability to structure and execute infrastructure mandates
- Track record of closing challenging infrastructure transactions
- Strong business development and client relationship abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
- Willingness and ability to travel
