This leadership position owns the foundations of Go-To-Market operations, including CRM data governance, territory management, and sales workflow optimization. You will lead the integration of MaintainX into Autodesk’s broader ecosystem and drive the adoption of generative AI tools to enhance productivity for frontline sales and marketing teams.
What you'll do
- Define strategy and governance for CRM data quality, including account hierarchies and deduplication rules.
- Manage territory design processes and establish rules of engagement for account ownership and conflict resolution.
- Lead the end-to-end GenAI and automation program for GTM field teams, from discovery to rollout.
- Coordinate the integration of MaintainX GTM systems and processes into Autodesk’s infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering and revenue operations to implement system requirements and optimize workflows.
What you'll need
- Ten or more years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy within B2B SaaS.
- At least three years of experience leading people and managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data models, account hierarchies, and matching logic.
- Proven track record implementing AI agents or workflow automation in sales environments.
- Experience managing large-scale programs and influencing senior stakeholders across organizations.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with M&A or integrating GTM functions after an acquisition.
- Background in defining business requirements for technical engineering teams.
