Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, you will own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities. You will identify target customers, define winning outcomes, and validate strategies through design customer deployments. The role involves scaling growth via go-to-market organizations and partnerships within the agent ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Own the growth thesis for AI opportunities, including target segments and workflows
- Lead weekly business reviews to refine targets and prioritize adoption blockers
- Run the design customer program from selection to delivered outcomes
- Act as general contractor for design customer deployments and agentic access
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to complete end-to-end customer outcomes
- Work with business development to structure commercial relationships with partners
- Build enablement content and demos for field teams and channel partners
- Grow organic adoption among developers through reference architectures and code
What you'll need
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience with revenue or adoption targets
- Experience owning strategy for new product areas from hypothesis to production
- Background in security products, agentic products, or developer tools preferred
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical deployments
- Ability to turn deployment proofs into repeatable sales motions
- Experience building technology partnerships and integrations
- Technical depth to discuss AI agent architecture with developers and architects
- Proven ability to align go-to-market and engineering teams without direct authority
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information in fast-changing markets
- Works AI-first and uses agents in daily work and decision making
Nice to have
- Familiarity with agentic access products and credential management for AI agents
