As Director of Product for the Core Business, you will define the vision and execution for Zipline’s primary platform used by over 620,000 frontline workers. You will lead a team of Product Managers, collaborate with engineering and design leaders, and embed AI-first thinking into the product strategy to drive customer value and business growth.
What you'll do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the core platform
- Translate company strategy into product investments and outcomes
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver strategic priorities
- Integrate AI capabilities to create meaningful customer value
- Represent the product vision to customers and at company events
- Align cross-functional teams around shared goals and execution
What you'll need
- Required experience leading Product for Enterprise B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing product teams
- Experience balancing customer needs with technical considerations
- Strong strategic thinking and autonomous decision-making skills
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales and Customer Success
