As the Head of Product for Enterprise, you will define the vision and execution for products that help homebuyers configure homes and enable builders to streamline estimating. You will lead efforts across Estimate and Showroom platforms, shaping connected experiences that improve buyer confidence and operational speed.
You will manage a portfolio of products allowing builders to design, estimate, and sell production homes efficiently. This role requires balancing consumer-style interfaces with complex operational workflows while mentoring product managers.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a team of product managers to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise workflows
- Shape end-to-end experiences for drafters, buyers, and estimators
- Drive product-led growth and track key metrics like conversion and adoption
- Partner with internal teams to simplify customer onboarding processes
- Mentor product managers to strengthen the organization as it scales
- Monitor industry trends in AI, visualization, and construction technology
What you'll need
- 8+ years of product management experience leading multiple areas
- 4+ years of people management experience coaching product managers
- Track record of shipping products with measurable business impact
- Experience with product-led growth and commerce workflows
- Strong design judgment for intuitive and scalable user experiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Engineering and Design
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and management
Nice to have
- Background in consumer products, marketplaces, or ecommerce
- Experience in construction tech, homebuilding, or design software
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and recommendation systems
- Knowledge of visualization tools or estimating products
