This high-visibility position requires managing the new product introduction process, quantifying roadmap decisions, and coordinating partner deliverables. You will balance building durable processes with driving individual launches in a fast-paced, AI-first culture.

What you'll do

  • Maintain a single source of truth for product commitments and status across all lines
  • Drive accountability for deliverables across product, engineering, design, and GTM teams
  • Own the end-to-end new product introduction process including stage gates and readiness checks
  • Chair launch readiness reviews and hold cross-functional owners to gate criteria
  • Build models to quantify the revenue impact of roadmap decisions and ARR opportunities
  • Coordinate deliverables owed to and from technology and strategic partners
  • Partner with product marketing on launch tiering, messaging, and calendar sequencing
  • Manage customer-facing roadmap commitments and triage feature requests from sales
  • Establish channels with Support and CS to surface escalation themes into prioritization
  • Own the weekly business review agenda, data preparation, and metric integrity
  • Prepare executive and board-level materials on product performance and investment returns

What you'll need

  • Comfortable running cross-functional launch gate reviews and modeling ARR impact
  • Able to write concise executive summaries for board meetings and leadership
  • Excited to experiment, adapt, and learn constantly in a rapid-change environment
  • Proficient in adopting new AI models and integrating them into daily workflows
  • Capable of establishing lightweight standards for PRDs and release documentation
  • Skilled in identifying and removing chronic sources of friction in planning processes
  • Experience reconciling roadmap commitments against actual engineering delivery
  • Able to partner with Finance on product P&L inputs and business case development
  • Competent in tracking partner-facing roadmap commitments and integration milestones
  • Ready to support strategic customer engagements and executive briefings under NDA

How you'll work

  • Fully remote work arrangement
  • AI-first mindset required for all team members
  • Fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving day-to-day work
  • Not suitable for those seeking a traditional 9-to-5 structure
