Lead product strategy for critical payment rails and identity infrastructure in a global fintech platform. You will work directly with the CTO to drive execution across crypto on/off-ramps, banking integrations, and verified identity systems. This hands-on leadership role demands deep technical understanding and strategic vision.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for ramps and identity areas
- Lead multiple engineering leads and ensure delivery quality
- Manage relationships with banking and payment service providers
- Improve settlement speed, reliability, and transaction economics
- Build reusable identity capabilities and federation features
- Optimize onboarding flows and verification pass rates
- Partner with compliance on KYC, KYB, and AML requirements
- Analyze funnel performance and resolve payment failure modes
What you'll need
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Senior-level leadership managing engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of blockchain and crypto payments
- Experience with crypto on/off-ramps and banking APIs
- Familiarity with Ethereum-based products and wallets
- Background in KYC, KYB, or identity verification
- Strong understanding of payments infrastructure
- Ability to navigate regulatory and compliance constraints
Nice to have
- Experience launching payment corridors globally
- Background in regulated financial services or MSBs
- Strong SQL skills for independent data analysis
- Experience with fraud, risk, or financial crime tools
- Knowledge of AI-powered workflow optimization
