As Director of Product for Workflows, you will own the operational core of CreatorIQ’s platform, unifying discovery, community management, and campaign execution. Your primary mandate is to rebuild these workflows around AI, shifting responsibility from manual human effort to automated agents while ensuring trust and governance.
You will lead a team of product managers, setting standards for discovery and judgment. The role requires deep collaboration with engineering and design to define data models and architecture that support both UI and autonomous agents.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end workflows including discovery, lists, community, campaigns, and messaging
- Lead and coach a team of product managers on discovery and decision-making
- Determine which features to automate, simplify, or remove based on AI capabilities
- Establish trust models involving provenance, confidence scores, and human-in-the-loop review
- Partner with engineering and design on schema, permissions, and core service architecture
What you'll need
- 8+ years in product management with at least 2 years leading other PMs
- Experience owning broad, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS surfaces used daily by customers
- Hands-on builder mindset with experience prototyping and using AI tools directly
- Deep understanding of AI mechanics like retrieval, tool use, and evaluation
- Technical proficiency in data models, API design, schemas, and bulk operations
- Strong written communication skills for async work and documentation
- Ability to prioritize across teams and explain tradeoffs clearly
Nice to have
- Background in influencer marketing, creator workflows, or martech
- Experience building search, discovery, or recommendation products
- History of shipping CRM or lifecycle management products
- Experience deploying AI features in enterprise accounts with strict governance
- Track record of hiring and building product teams from partial benches
