Lead the product strategy and delivery for Delinea’s Secret Server and Vault capabilities, focusing on secure credential storage, rotation, and privileged account discovery. You will guide product teams in evolving these features for a new cloud-native SaaS platform while ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and compliance.
What you'll do
- Define and own the vault roadmap for secrets management and credential rotation
- Translate customer problems into strategic product solutions and service offerings
- Ensure architecture decisions meet high availability and disaster recovery needs
- Lead and mentor product managers in agile development and user story creation
- Collaborate with engineering and design to prioritize ease of use in solutions
- Evangelize the product line to internal teams, analysts, partners, and customers
- Define pricing and positioning strategies for SaaS delivery models
- Support marketing efforts by creating sales enablement and technical materials
What you'll need
- Five or more years in product management with B2B software launch experience
- Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, attack techniques, and security ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery and lifecycle management
- Experience with secrets management, credential vaulting, or security infrastructure
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, or HIPAA
- Ability to communicate complex messaging to technical and business audiences
- Proven track record of collaborating with engineering to execute roadmaps
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Understanding of IT systems, networking, domains, and privileged accounts
