A Microsoft Partner seeks a support consultant to assist clients with Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV. You will handle functional support, troubleshoot user issues, and help optimize ERP workflows in finance and operations.
This fully remote position involves managing support tickets, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. It offers a chance to deepen your expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem while working independently.
What you'll do
- Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Investigate and resolve user issues in finance and operations
- Manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with customers to understand and solve problems
- Support system improvements, upgrades, and optimization
- Liaise with consultants and developers on complex issues
What you'll need
- Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
- Strong understanding of ERP support processes
- Knowledge of finance or supply chain workflows
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
