Join TensorWave as an Electrical Engineer focused on data center infrastructure. You will lead the technical design, validation, and oversight of high-power electrical distribution systems to support scalable AI compute platforms.
Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure system reliability and adherence to safety standards while resolving complex electrical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
What you'll do
- Review and validate designs for medium voltage switchgear, UPS, and generator plants
- Model electrical infrastructure for high-density power delivery at rack level
- Conduct power quality, short circuit, and arc flash analyses using SKM or ETAP
- Provide expertise during construction, commissioning, and operational testing
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70, IEEE, and corporate safety standards
What you'll need
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering required
- 7+ years in mission-critical electrical system design and commissioning
- Expert knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution
- Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS)
