Join Chartis as an Engagement Manager focused on Analytics and Insights within the Revenue Cycle practice. You will guide healthcare provider clients through complex challenges, turning data into actionable strategies that improve financial and operational outcomes.
This position requires balancing client leadership with technical oversight, ensuring analytic outputs align with broader consulting goals. You will manage concurrent projects, mentor junior staff, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead revenue cycle engagements from definition to value realization
- Align analytics outputs with consulting project goals
- Advise client executives on complex operational challenges
- Translate insights into structured workplans and solutions
- Drive improvements across front, mid, and back-end operations
- Oversee data quality, validation, and analytic accuracy
- Coordinate internal consulting and data teams
- Manage timelines, risks, and client expectations
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Deliver presentations that drive client decision-making
What you'll need
- 8+ years in healthcare consulting or revenue cycle operations
- Deep knowledge of provider-side revenue cycle functions
- Experience leading end-to-end projects across multiple engagements
- Proven track record of driving financial improvements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience with Epic systems, SlicerDicer, and Reporting Workbench
- Working knowledge of Epic Clarity database
- Proficiency in SQL and healthcare data handling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
