Join the team shaping the future of physical AI by developing tools for autonomous system validation. You will build Forge capabilities for simulation, synthetic data generation, and training workflows.
Work across frontend interfaces and backend services, translating complex technical processes into reliable applications. Collaborate directly with domain experts and developers to deliver extensible solutions for local and Kubernetes environments.
What you'll do
- Build complete features spanning React UIs, backend services, APIs, and data storage
- Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive applications with clear diagnostics
- Design and evolve APIs and data models to support automation and team integrations
- Contribute to platform architecture through requirements analysis or direct code contributions
- Ensure software runs reliably across local workstations, CI/CD pipelines, and air-gapped clusters
- Test and support deployed features using logs, metrics, and user feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define scope and deliver iteratively
What you'll need
- Experience delivering and supporting production applications with full-stack contributions
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React, including state management and API integration
- Backend development experience in Go, Python, or similar languages with API design skills
- Knowledge of database interactions, querying, persistence, and schema modifications
- Ability to reason about service interactions, authentication, and failure handling
- Familiarity with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging services in shared environments
- Clear communication skills and ability to work directly with users on ambiguous problems
Nice to have
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience including Helm charts, networking, and persistent storage
- Experience with developer tools for simulation, training, or test and evaluation
- Knowledge of job orchestration tools like Ray, Argo Workflows, or Dagster
- Familiarity with schema-driven APIs using OpenAPI, Protocol Buffers, or gRPC
- Experience with extensible applications, plugin systems, or AI-assisted workflows
- Background in robotics, autonomy, or applications deployed in edge or air-gapped environments
