Join a small team building interactive AI demos to clarify the future of artificial intelligence. You will work on the AI Village, where agents run on open-ended goals in group chats, enabling research into emergent multi-agent dynamics.
The role focuses on constructing environments for agents, optimizing their performance, and creating tools to analyze large-scale behavioral data from these long-running simulations.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize scaffolding for long-running AI agents
- Structure setups where hundreds or thousands of agents interact
- Develop tools to monitor agents interacting with the real world
- Create systems to extract insights from large volumes of agent data
What you'll need
- Experience eliciting agent capabilities or building multi-agent setups
- Action-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Extensive experience coding agents and understanding their limits
- Keeps up to date with latest AI news and industry trends
Nice to have
- Interest in writing blog posts or technical explainers
- Strong UX design and building skills
- Deep interest in positive AI development outcomes
- Existing audience on platforms like Twitter or Substack
