Lead radio tuning and optimization for Ericsson Baseband and Radio Units across LTE, 5G-NR, and VoNR deployments. You will drive end-to-end user experience, capacity, and accessibility using Ericsson Management System tools and diagnostic traces.
What you'll do
- Tune and optimize Ericsson Baseband and Radio Units for LTE and 5G
- Monitor PM counters to improve Accessibility and Throughput KPIs
- Audit Ericsson feature states and validate Carrier Aggregation
