As an Engineering Coach, you will teach core engineering and CAD skills while helping clients enhance their problem-solving abilities and navigate certification requirements.
You will also provide career support, including resume reviews, interview preparation, and salary negotiation strategies. This position allows you to set your own hours and rates while partnering with the Leland team to deliver high-quality client experiences.
What you'll do
- Teach core engineering design and CAD skills to clients
- Guide clients through certification requirements and project management
- Help clients apply AI fundamentals and automation to engineering work
- Provide resume reviews and interview preparation support
- Assist with networking strategies and salary negotiation
- Support clients pursuing freelancing opportunities
- Host virtual coaching sessions with a structured approach
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience as a practicing engineer or technical lead
- Strong track record of solving complex technical problems
- Clear and structured approach to coaching clients
- Ability to teach technical skills and career growth strategies
- Experience with engineering design and CAD tools
