Attio is building a CRM designed for agentic revenue teams, backed by significant venture capital. The engineering group focuses on real-time infrastructure and AI-native architecture to deliver a seamless user experience.
As an Engineering Lead, you will balance hands-on technical work with people management. You will recruit and develop engineers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery for critical product areas.
What you'll do
- Contribute code across backend or frontend stacks to deliver features end-to-end
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers
- Design and evolve technical architecture to support rapid scaling
- Lead projects and make product decisions based on customer interactions
- Represent engineering values internally and externally
What you'll need
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and reliable backend systems
- Deep expertise in Node.js/TypeScript or Go for backend development
- Strong knowledge of React for frontend development
- Familiarity with modern cloud architectures like GCP or AWS
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional partners
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and influence decisions
