As an Engineering Lead, you will balance individual technical contributions with managing a focused team. You will help shape the product direction through customer interaction and drive the evolution of the technical stack to support rapid scaling.
What you'll do
- Contribute code across backend or frontend stacks to deliver features end-to-end
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers
- Design and evolve technical architecture to handle increasing scale
- Lead projects and make product decisions based on customer feedback
- Represent engineering values internally and externally
What you'll need
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and reliable backend systems
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud architectures like GCP or AWS
- Deep expertise in Node.js/TypeScript or Go for backend development
- Proficiency with React for frontend development
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional partners
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and influence decisions
