You will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling products that help users plan, save, and grow their money. This position requires balancing technical excellence with rapid delivery, ensuring the team ships reliable solutions while maintaining high engineering standards.
As a hands-on leader, you will work across frontend, backend, and full-stack domains. You will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical execution, driving outcomes from idea to production.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack development
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas ensuring speed and reliability
- Drive technical architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, and security
- Coach engineers through feedback, performance management, and clear expectations
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation for scale
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents to prevent recurrence
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs balancing speed and scale
- Track record of taking products from idea through launch to production
- Strong people leadership skills for coaching and team building
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clear outcomes
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
