As a hands-on leader, you will guide engineers through architecture reviews, code quality standards, and production incident resolution. You will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical execution plans.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Conduct architecture reviews and debug complex issues
- Coach engineers and manage team performance
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor systems and resolve production incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs
- Track record of shipping products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Product sense connecting engineering to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast pace
- Strong English communication skills
