You will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling products that help millions of users manage their money. As a technical leader, you will bridge the gap between people, product, and technology, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising on quality or reliability.
The role requires hands-on involvement in architecture reviews, code quality standards, and incident resolution. You will coach engineers, drive technical execution, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within a global, distributed environment.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Conduct architecture reviews and debug critical issues
- Coach engineers and manage performance expectations
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of shipping products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
- Product sense connecting engineering to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clear outcomes
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
