As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building and scaling products used by millions. You will balance technical depth with people leadership, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising quality or reliability.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs
- Track record of taking products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Strong product sense and business outcome focus
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Strong English communication skills
