This position requires a hands-on leader who can translate ambiguous product goals into clear technical execution. You will work across frontend, backend, and AI domains to scale infrastructure and improve engineering processes in a fast-paced international environment.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed without compromising reliability
- Drive technical architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, and security
- Coach engineers through feedback, performance management, and clear expectations
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation for scale
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents to prevent recurrence
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs balancing speed and scale
- Track record of taking products from idea through launch to production
- Strong people leadership skills for coaching and building high-performing teams
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
