What you'll do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack domains
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed without compromising quality
- Collaborate with product and design to clarify technical execution
- Drive architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and system reliability
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and debugging sessions
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve processes and automation to enhance team velocity
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents effectively
What you'll need
- Strong background in building and shipping production systems
- Experience leading software engineers and owning delivery
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of taking products from idea to production
- Comfortable challenging engineering decisions and debugging issues
- Strong people leadership and team-building skills
- Product sense connecting tech decisions to business outcomes
