As an Engineering Manager, you will guide a high-performing team in shipping scalable products used by millions. You will balance technical excellence with speed, ensuring reliable delivery while coaching engineers and defining architectural standards.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Coach engineers and manage performance through feedback
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor systems and resolve production incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs
- Track record of taking products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-paced changes
- Strong English communication skills
