As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for scaling products used by millions of users across Southeast Asia and beyond. You will balance technical excellence with rapid delivery, ensuring the team ships reliable software that meets customer needs.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs
- Track record of taking products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-paced changes
- Strong English communication skills
