Join Doit as an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team building next-generation financial tools. You will drive engineering delivery, architecture, and team growth for products used by millions across the region.
This role blends people leadership with deep technical involvement. You will work closely with product, design, and AI teams to turn ambiguous problems into reliable, scalable systems while maintaining high engineering standards.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed without compromising quality
- Drive technical architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, security, and observability
- Coach engineers through feedback, performance management, and mentoring
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents to prevent recurrence
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation for scale
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability in architecture
- Track record of taking products from idea to launch and production
- Strong people leadership skills for coaching and team building
- Product sense to connect engineering work to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clear outcomes
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
