Join DoIT as an Engineering Manager to guide a high-performing team developing financial tools used by millions across Southeast Asia. You will drive engineering delivery, architecture, and team growth while collaborating with product, design, and AI specialists to ship reliable, scalable solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack disciplines
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed without compromising quality
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to define technical execution
- Drive architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, security, and observability
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and debugging sessions
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve processes and automation to enhance team velocity
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents effectively
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability in architecture
- Track record of taking products from idea to launch and production
- Comfortable reviewing designs and debugging complex production issues
- Strong people leadership skills for coaching and team building
- Product sense to align engineering with business outcomes
- Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clear outcomes
- Strong ownership mentality for delivery and incident resolution
