Lead the engineering efforts that transform data and machine learning capabilities into strategic tools for Independent Dispute Resolution. You will manage an experienced team responsible for data models, APIs, and full-stack workflows that drive customer reimbursement outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Data Science and AI Platform teams to move experimental models into reliable product features. Your work will directly influence annual recurring revenue by improving the efficiency and accuracy of claim disputes.
