What you'll do
- Manage frontend, backend, and full stack engineers
- Ensure rapid shipping without compromising reliability
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams
- Drive architecture decisions for APIs and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Conduct architecture reviews and debug critical issues
- Coach engineers and manage performance expectations
- Improve tooling and automation for scale
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background in production systems
- Experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of launching products from idea to production
- Comfortable reviewing designs and debugging complex issues
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Product sense connecting tech to business outcomes
- Ability to work fast with ambiguity
- Strong ownership mentality for delivery and fixes
