Feegow, part of the Docplanner Group, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Fintech team. You will oversee domains such as clinic payments, invoices, and health insurance integrations while ensuring high-quality delivery. This position reports to the Engineering Director and involves shaping technical strategy alongside Product counterparts.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop team members through feedback
- Define and manage technical vision and strategy
- Ensure accountability for all team initiatives
- Partner with Product and Staff Engineers on direction
- Serve as reference for Leadership and stakeholders
What you'll need
- 1-5 years leading people with prior tech background
- Strong English communication skills written and verbal
- Solid technical background across SDLC
- Experience modernizing legacy systems to modern architectures
- Proactive approach balancing impact and sustainability
- Experience mentoring future mentors and leaders
Nice to have
- Previous experience in fintech sector
How you'll work
- Fully remote within Brazil
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
