Lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for scaling products used by millions across Southeast Asia. You will drive technical architecture, ensure code quality, and manage the full lifecycle from idea to production while collaborating with product and AI teams.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed without compromising reliability.
- Drive technical architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, and security.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and debug critical issues.
- Coach engineers through feedback, performance management, and clear expectations.
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation for scale.
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents to prevent recurrence.
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience.
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability in architecture.
- Track record of taking products from idea through launch to production.
- Strong people leadership skills for coaching and building high-performing teams.
- Product sense to connect engineering decisions to business outcomes.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clear outcomes.
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration.
