You will ensure machine learning systems move reliably from research to production, delivering measurable real-world impact. Responsibilities include managing architecture, model deployment, and data platform design while mentoring engineers across distinct but interdependent problem spaces.
What you'll do

- Ensure ML systems transition reliably from research to production
- Direct daily department operations and establish priorities
- Manage, mentor, hire, and grow engineers and data engineers
- Oversee ML system architecture and data platform execution
- Drive best practices for model lifecycle and system reliability
- Translate clinical and business needs into technical priorities
- Define ML and data platform goals and roadmaps
