What you'll do

  • Own security foundations including secure Terraform modules and hardened container images
  • Manage cloud security posture by tuning IAM, KMS, and alerting tools like Wiz
  • Automate evidence collection for PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA audits
  • Lead vulnerability management and incident response from triage to post-mortems
  • Build application security practices through threat modeling and architecture reviews
  • Hire and grow the security team, setting the technical bar for future members

What you'll need

  • Hands-on experience in DevSecOps or cloud security with AWS ownership
  • Proficiency in writing secure, reusable Terraform modules from scratch
  • Experience securing containerized workloads on ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or TypeScript for automating workflows
  • Working knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 compliance standards
  • Proven experience managing engineers or leading technical teams with hiring responsibility
  • Ability to explain security risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-native security tooling for vulnerability operations
  • Comfort using AI-assisted development tools with rigorous review processes
  • Background in red-teaming or advanced incident response strategies

Stack

What you get

  • Attractive remuneration package
  • Pliant Card with monthly credit for product exploration
  • Opportunity to develop talent in a dynamic team
  • Inclusive hiring process with human-led final decisions
