DOIT is reinventing personal finance through AI-powered tools for spending, saving, and investing. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building and scaling platforms used by millions across the region.
You will bridge the gap between product, design, and engineering, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising on system reliability or code quality. This role demands a hands-on leader who stays close to the technology while fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and debugging
- Coach engineers and manage performance through feedback
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of taking products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
- Product sense connecting engineering to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving priorities
- Strong English communication skills
