Join DOIT as an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team building next-generation financial tools. You will drive engineering delivery, architecture, and team development for products used by millions across Southeast Asia and beyond.
This role balances technical depth with people leadership. You will work closely with product and design teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical execution while maintaining high standards for code quality and system reliability.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed without compromising reliability.
- Drive technical architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, and security.
- Coach engineers through feedback, performance management, and mentoring.
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation for scale.
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents to prevent recurrence.
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience.
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs balancing speed and scale.
- Track record of taking products from idea to launch and production.
- Strong people leadership skills for coaching and team building.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clear outcomes.
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.
