Doit is reinventing personal finance by building AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for scaling products used by millions across Southeast Asia and beyond.
You will bridge the gap between people, product, and technology, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising system reliability. This position requires a hands-on leader who drives engineering standards while coaching developers to achieve business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of taking products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Strong English communication skills required
