Lead a high-performing engineering team building and scaling financial products used by millions. You will drive technical architecture, ensure delivery speed without compromising quality, and mentor engineers in a global, remote-first environment.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed, reliability, and technical quality
- Drive technical architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, and security
- Coach engineers through feedback, performance management, and clear expectations
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation for scale
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents to prevent recurrence
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability in architecture
- Track record of taking products from idea to launch and production
- Strong people leadership skills for coaching and team building
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clear outcomes
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
