Lead a high-performing engineering team building and scaling products used by millions of users across the region. This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive architecture decisions, manage engineering delivery, and coach developers while staying close to the code.
You will work across people, product, and technology to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical execution. The goal is to ship quickly without compromising reliability, security, or system design quality.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas ensuring speed and reliability
- Drive technical architecture decisions for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, and observability
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and debug critical issues
- Coach engineers through feedback, performance management, and clear expectations
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation for scale
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents to prevent recurrence
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning delivery
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architecture trade-offs balancing speed and scale
- Track record of taking products from idea through launch to production
- Strong people leadership skills to build high-performing teams
- Product sense to connect engineering decisions to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clear outcomes
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
