Lead a high-performing engineering team building and scaling financial products used by millions. You will drive technical architecture, ensure delivery speed without compromising quality, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on with code and system design.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor systems and resolve production incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of taking products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Strong English communication skills
