You will manage a high-performing engineering team responsible for frontend, backend, and full-stack development. Your focus is on delivering reliable, scalable products while maintaining high engineering standards and driving technical strategy.
This position requires balancing people leadership with deep technical involvement. You will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical execution and ensure rapid, quality delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack disciplines
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed without compromising quality
- Drive technical architecture for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, security, and observability
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and debugging sessions
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve tooling and automation to enhance team velocity
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents proactively
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs for scalability
- Track record of taking products from idea to production launch
- Strong people leadership and team-building skills
- Product sense connecting engineering to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
