Lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for scaling products used by millions across Southeast Asia. You will drive technical architecture, ensure code quality, and manage the full lifecycle from idea to production while mentoring engineers.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed and reliability
- Drive technical architecture for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and debugging
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of taking products from idea to launch
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Product sense connecting engineering to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving priorities
- Strong English communication skills
