You will bridge the gap between people, product, and technology, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising on reliability or code quality. This role demands a hands-on leader who can drive architecture decisions while coaching engineers to excel.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas
- Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Conduct architecture reviews and debug critical issues
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Experience leading or managing software engineering teams
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of taking products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching abilities
- Product sense connecting engineering to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving priorities
- Strong English communication skills
