The team operates globally, focusing on expanding financial services such as insurance, savings, and travel. You will collaborate with product, design, and AI groups to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical execution.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed and reliability
- Drive technical architecture for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, and security
- Conduct architecture reviews and debug critical issues
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve tooling and automation for team efficiency
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Track record of launching products from idea to production
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Product sense connecting tech to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and setting priorities
- Strong English communication skills
