You will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling products used by millions. This position requires balancing technical excellence with rapid delivery, ensuring the team ships reliable software while meeting business outcomes.
As a hands-on leader, you will guide engineers through complex architectural decisions, code reviews, and production incidents. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical execution.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage frontend, backend, and full stack engineers
- Own engineering delivery ensuring speed without compromising quality
- Drive technical architecture for APIs, databases, and infrastructure
- Set standards for code quality, testing, security, and observability
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and debugging sessions
- Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
- Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve incidents effectively
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering background with production system experience
- Proven experience leading or managing software engineers
- Technical depth in backend, frontend, APIs, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to make sound architectural trade-offs for scalability
- Track record of taking products from idea to production launch
- Strong people leadership and team building skills
- Product sense connecting engineering to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clear outcomes
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
